AMS was awarded the Bear Creek Dam Power Feeder Replacement Project in Lakewood, CO, by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. AMS will provide and install a new 480V feeder for the Bear Creek Dam outlet structure. This involves trenching in a new conduit and 480V feeder from the control building to an Xcel Energy transformer approximately 1,000 feet away. AMS will also install a new 480V disconnect in the control building and a metering pedestal at the transformer.
